Callan's Pristine Services | House, Deck, & Roof Cleaning Reviews
Truly outstanding! I echo all of the 5 star ratings for Callan's Pristine Services. It's rare these days to find a company that delivers such quality results. They were very responsive, great communicators, provided excellent value, as well as being super friendly and beyond competent. The team went above and beyond. We are so incredibly pleased with the results. Most professional deck power washing and sealing we've ever had in the 24 years we've lived here. As a family company, Callan's has a personal brand as well as a business reputation to protect, and based on our experience of their high standards, they'll maintain that. It's good to find a trusted contractor you can partner with in years to come. I highly recommend them.
The 5-star reviews are legit - this company was a pleasure doing business with! Excellent communication from start to finish, they did a great job with all of the pressure washing, and couldn't have been friendlier. Brian even suggested a recommendation of something that wasn't needed from the original quote that ended up saving us money as well! I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future when the need arises again.
Super easy to schedule online, great rates, and the tech did a fantastic job. Highly recommended. We had the soft wash and house looks great! No blown paint from high pressure washes, got rid of all the bugs and green growth, left no traces of being there. I'll be scheduling a house wash twice a year. Thank you!
Recommendations before choosing a Pressure Washing Service
Follow these 5 essential guidelines to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality exterior cleaning service:
Look for pressure washing companies with positive Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews. Real customer feedback will help you identify reliable and professional contractors.
Make sure you understand exactly what is covered in the price, such as house washing, driveway cleaning, roof soft washing, deck or fence cleaning, and whether detergents are included.
Verify if the company uses professional-grade equipment and appropriate techniques like soft washing for delicate surfaces to avoid property damage.
Ensure the contractor is properly licensed to operate in the USA, carries general liability insurance, and follows local regulations to protect your property.
Always ask for a detailed written quote outlining pricing, scope of work, turnaround time, and any guarantees before hiring.
