Blue Chip Pressure Washing Reviews
The photos say it all! Braxton was recommended by my realtor. I was under a time crunch to get power washing scheduled before a neighborhood event. He came by our property to meet and give a quote and details of what to expect. You can see my side by side comparison of neighbors wall and mine. Needless to say - they also hired Blue Chip on the spot to power wash theirs! He was on time, efficient and professional. Good prices and took care of the variety of surfaces with care.
You have all heard before, “you get what you pay for!”…Well, not with Braxton!! First let me start by saying somebody raised this young man right, and what an absolute pleasure to conduct business with him. Now, as for the roof cleaning- reasonably priced and affordable, very effective - honestly the roof looks brand new, stains are gone, shingles are clean. But Braxton didn’t stop there! He cleaned the brick chimney, (which was black) and a couple of other areas on the house. Then, he expressed concerns about a couple areas of the roof and applied a second application. This gentleman would not leave until he felt completely satisfied we would be impressed with the service. Afterwards, Braxton took a moment to educate me on the solution they use and what to expect over the next couple of weeks as the rain must do its part. Braxton, AMD Building Systems LLC and my partners CK Properties LLC would like to thank you for such an amazing job!!
Braxton and Blue Chip did an amazing job on our property. From their initial assessment to their follow up several days after the job was complete, the customer service was exceptional. They did a beautiful job Powerwashing the house, pergola, patios and outdoor fireplace- they look like new. Braxton also came back to personally touch up the Easy Breeze windows on the porch. We have used several Powerwashing companies in the past but Blue Chip has set a new bar. If you want great customer service and an exceptional clean inside and out - call Blue Chip.
Recommendations before choosing a Pressure Washing Service
Follow these 5 essential guidelines to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality exterior cleaning service:
Look for pressure washing companies with positive Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews. Real customer feedback will help you identify reliable and professional contractors.
Make sure you understand exactly what is covered in the price, such as house washing, driveway cleaning, roof soft washing, deck or fence cleaning, and whether detergents are included.
Verify if the company uses professional-grade equipment and appropriate techniques like soft washing for delicate surfaces to avoid property damage.
Ensure the contractor is properly licensed to operate in the USA, carries general liability insurance, and follows local regulations to protect your property.
Always ask for a detailed written quote outlining pricing, scope of work, turnaround time, and any guarantees before hiring.
