Johnny (Owner) and his crew are the kind of honest, hard working, and passionate individuals often long lost in today’s society. I hired Johnny and company to pressure wash my house today and they didn’t just stop there, additional care was taken to fix areas that could contribute to needing a cleaning again prematurely. There was no obligation for them to go that far, but they felt like a good neighbor lending an extra hand, rather than a company looking to squeeze every dollar from people. With all this, I would have been more than happy to recommend Pristine Properties to my friends and family with extreme enthusiasm but just to top off that extra mile, Johnny returned to my house shortly after leaving. Without a word and after already being paid, I watched him walk across my lawn just to return my hanging baskets to my front patio, which I had moved earlier for them to do their washing. I would first off like to thank Mr. Flores for his service to the country. We called Pristine Properties for a complete house power washing service estimate to include the gutters, two decks, walkway, porch, and windows. They were prompt and detailed with the estimate. After reviewing Pristine Properties on Home Advisor and seeing the great reviews they had we decided to go ahead with them. I can not accurately express how pleased we are with the service they provided. My house, decks, gutters, walkway, and windows look as good as the day the house was built. In January we had three trees fall on our house and deck. The deck needed extensive repairs. We looked for someone to do the work and found three candidates. Pristine Properties was the one we chose because they took the hardest look at the damage and gave us an estimate. Today, the deck work was completed. Our deck looks fantastic! It is structurally better than our old deck and looks much better. Pristine Properties was easy to work with and completed the work in a timely fashion.
