After providing a timely and detailed estimate, Chris not only performed excellent work on my home's siding, gutters, windows, shed, porch and sconces, he provided sound advice and representative product on how to renew my fence. Chris has a good system, equipment and uses good cleaning concentrate which includes cleaning solution application and then a rinse.
First call, no identification of business or willing to share name. Number posted was posted online and should be changed if not the business phone. Asked if this was the business and the gentleman answered, “yes.” Asked who I was talking to and he says, “Im the owner”. Red flag and hung up immediately. Terrible social skills for a business owner. Found another owner who responded immediately within minutes and set up date with good prices.
Exceeded our expectations!! Got home from work to see a nice clean house. He even cleaned our brick steps and the chimney!!!! Excellent work! We have tried other house washing companies, but have never been so pleased with the outcome . The day I called to get information, I was impressed that he went to my house to give me an estimate. He was able to set up an appointment with us to power wash the house and deck the very next day. We are extremely pleased with the whole process.
