Rain From Above Pressure Washing Reviews
Chris was responsive and informative when providing the estimate and scheduling the appointment. Once on site he did a thorough cleaning while taking care to protect the landscaping next to the house. My roof and siding haven’t looked this clean in a long time and I will definitely use Rain From Above again in the future.
Chris gave me a fair quote and they arrived on time. The project was to pressure wash my house, garage and front stairs. They did a great job! Professional, polite and quick. I highly recommend them and will use Rain From Above in the future.
I've worked with Chris for several years, mainly for pressure washing services, and have never been disappointed in the quality of his work. More recently, he has stepped up and gone above and beyond anything that could be expected of a company focused on Pressure Washing and Holiday Lighting. I was selling my home and need outside painting done prior to the house going on the market. When asked, Chris told me, "If I can't find somebody to do it for you, I'll do it myself," - and he did! And his crew did an outstanding job, a job to be proud of! I highly recommend Chris and Rain from Above Pressure Washing - and if you're in the need of lawn services, his son Mike, provides outstanding yard services, as well.
Recommendations before choosing a Pressure Washing Service
Follow these 5 essential guidelines to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality exterior cleaning service:
Look for pressure washing companies with positive Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews. Real customer feedback will help you identify reliable and professional contractors.
Make sure you understand exactly what is covered in the price, such as house washing, driveway cleaning, roof soft washing, deck or fence cleaning, and whether detergents are included.
Verify if the company uses professional-grade equipment and appropriate techniques like soft washing for delicate surfaces to avoid property damage.
Ensure the contractor is properly licensed to operate in the USA, carries general liability insurance, and follows local regulations to protect your property.
Always ask for a detailed written quote outlining pricing, scope of work, turnaround time, and any guarantees before hiring.
