American House Wash Reviews
We have been very pleased with our first house wash by American House Wash. Not only did they go out of their way to schedule our House Wash soon after we requested it, but they could not have done a better job. Our 48 Year old brick house had never been washed before and we are planning to sell it. It took the entire day, including several hours during a rainstorm for the job to be done and it could not have been done better. The mold and dirt on the bricks, deck, and patio is gone. All white surfaces and windows are gleaming. We accumulating definitely recommend American House Wash.
Update 3/11/2020: This is now my third experience with American House Wash & Wood Care and once again they have done an outstanding job. This time his team worked on a rental property and they were able to clean up the brick siding and make the house look amazing. Eric the owner was very flexible with his schedule and adjusted when I overbooked a plumber coming the same day.
Recommendations before choosing a Pressure Washing Service
Follow these 5 essential guidelines to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality exterior cleaning service:
Look for pressure washing companies with positive Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews. Real customer feedback will help you identify reliable and professional contractors.
Make sure you understand exactly what is covered in the price, such as house washing, driveway cleaning, roof soft washing, deck or fence cleaning, and whether detergents are included.
Verify if the company uses professional-grade equipment and appropriate techniques like soft washing for delicate surfaces to avoid property damage.
Ensure the contractor is properly licensed to operate in the USA, carries general liability insurance, and follows local regulations to protect your property.
Always ask for a detailed written quote outlining pricing, scope of work, turnaround time, and any guarantees before hiring.
