Absolutely NO STARS. Scammer. Don't waste your time, money, or resources. I supposedly hired Xavier Henderson of Xcellent Air & Heating to complete/install home products. The company/young man stole funds, and only provided excuses, untruths, and nonservice. Reports have been filed however the public should be aware of such illegal and shady business practices.
I needed a quick fix on a property I own and all big names around quoted an absurd price along with a long wait for service. This Man was professional beyond means, when I explained the job I needed done he quoted immediatley without trying to highball the price. Showed up within an hour of the call and fixed everything needed. Highly reccomend.
I had an excellent experience with Xcellentac!! Very efficient, honest service. I appreciated the timely manor and great costumer service! I will definitely be using again in the future!!
