This place sucks! The small machines that cost 2.75 a load, took $13.75. One of the machines just kept taking it and then would just restart , like I had put no money in it and I had just put $8.25 . Moved to another one another $2.75 and it changed the wash setting. So I changed yet again, so another $2.75, this time my clothes were so wadded up that I didn’t even let them finish. I just took my clothes out of the washer. I would like my back but there is no number to call to talk to anyone if u need help! It is supposedly under 24 hr surveillance; however, tried getting someone’s attention through the camera and no one ever came over the intercom. And I know it works , cause I have heard them on it before! The number on their website rings inside a locked office and there is no vc mail set up…conveniently!
The place is fairly clean, but it's incredibly hot in here. They have ceiling fans but they aren't on. I tried calling to see if they could turn them on but no answer and you can't leave a message because it's not set up.
Clean, machines that do their jobs! Bathrooms are clean.... There were several machines out of order this time but typically it's always a nice place to get your laundry done!
