Paradise Pro Wash Reviews
Let me add to the 5 star reviews! I found Paradise from a bandit sign in my neighborhood on the north side of Canyon Lake. It’s still hard to find people to do work in that area. I needed power wash of a problematic patio on my house under construction. No water to the house. Mark has a 500 gallon truck so he was the only man for my job. He responded immediately to my contact and was the only one who didn’t need water at the job site. He was easy to schedule through his company app and the job was done in a few days at my convenience. He sent before, during, and after videos. Exceeded my expectations. Truly rare these days! He can even do my interior concrete floors when the time comes. If you are anywhere between San Antonio and Austin, Mark with Paradise Pro Wash out of Spring Branch is your guy! Keep up the good work, Mark. It’s easy to outshine your competition this day and age.
The owner Mark is an absolute professional and is very friendly, customer service driven, and provides outstanding results. His prices are very reasonable, he does not try to gouge customers. He stands behind his work and will take all reasonable action to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Mark provides free price quotes. I am 70 yrs old and have done business with a lot of companies and contractors and my experience with Mark sits at the very top of my list of most favorite companies to deal with. The only reason I gave Paradise Pro Wash 5 stars is because there isn’t a way to give 6! Work is excellent. Prices more than fair. And communication and responsiveness as good as it can be. There isn’t a better company out there for your pressure washing and soft cleaning needs!!!
Recommendations before choosing a Pressure Washing Service
Follow these 5 essential guidelines to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality exterior cleaning service:
Look for pressure washing companies with positive Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews. Real customer feedback will help you identify reliable and professional contractors.
Make sure you understand exactly what is covered in the price, such as house washing, driveway cleaning, roof soft washing, deck or fence cleaning, and whether detergents are included.
Verify if the company uses professional-grade equipment and appropriate techniques like soft washing for delicate surfaces to avoid property damage.
Ensure the contractor is properly licensed to operate in the USA, carries general liability insurance, and follows local regulations to protect your property.
Always ask for a detailed written quote outlining pricing, scope of work, turnaround time, and any guarantees before hiring.
