If I could give zero stars, I would. We paid for the premium wash with a ceramic coating. They were over an hour late and didn't bother calling. Once they got here, they failed to wash the roof. When I asked why, they said there was some note not to. We never said that. Okay, sometimes stuff like that happens. But they maybe spent 5-10 minutes on the roof in total and left a bunch of dirty water on the slide toppers. Overall, they spent maybe 45 minutes total. One kid was on his phone half the time. They would not remove any hard water spots so basically we got those water spots ceramic coated in. Also, the owner said he charges twice what others do, and that it was our fault for not going with another company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
