Fantastic Pressure Washing Reviews
I emailed about a quote for pressure washing on a Thursday, and they responded the same day. We talked on the phone, Lin walked the property to get an accurate estimate on Friday, and was out on Monday to do the job. My house looks GREAT. Very affordable, very responsive, and very good service. I will absolutely use them again.
Lin came out on the day and at the time promised. I was surprised to learn his service included cleaning the mold and dirt off gutters and spraying windows, porch ceilings and hand rails, He did a thorough job and I could tell detail was important to him. My house, drive, and walk looks new. Price was reasonable especially considering he is insured and bonded.
Mr. Shelton did a great job pressure washing my home and driveway. He contacted me within hours of requesting a quote, and the job was done as scheduled just a few days later. This is the second time I have used his service and I will not hesitate to do so again.
Recommendations before choosing a Pressure Washing Service
Follow these 5 essential guidelines to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality exterior cleaning service:
Look for pressure washing companies with positive Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews. Real customer feedback will help you identify reliable and professional contractors.
Make sure you understand exactly what is covered in the price, such as house washing, driveway cleaning, roof soft washing, deck or fence cleaning, and whether detergents are included.
Verify if the company uses professional-grade equipment and appropriate techniques like soft washing for delicate surfaces to avoid property damage.
Ensure the contractor is properly licensed to operate in the USA, carries general liability insurance, and follows local regulations to protect your property.
Always ask for a detailed written quote outlining pricing, scope of work, turnaround time, and any guarantees before hiring.
