I placed an order with this company, and so far, that was the only easy thing to do with them. Everything else was like pulling teeth - extremely unprofessional and it almost seemed like I was bothering them. To be completely honest, as a business owner myself, the logistics of your business are none of my concern. So, when you tell me that you can't ship out or provide me with a quote because your warehouse manager is not in, it's not my problem. You have a business to run, therefore, you should know how to handle that aspect of your business. It was excuse after excuse about how your warehouse manager was not in, or how he was overwhelmed, Quite frankly, that's not the customer's problem. It's your problem and it should be handled internally. Nonetheless, I found the products I needed with a different provider, and they'll be arriving on Friday. Now, that was smooth service.
