When they came to install they said they had put the power surge on. Turns out they put it on. And every time I call they don't answer...I recommend Benitez Air, but Caguas.
When completing the sale they were very helpful, very friendly and arranged for the installation of the AC unit promptly. On the day of the installation they never called as I had been notified, they did not have all the materials available and they agreed to return the same day or the next day to install the gap cover. It's been almost a month and they still haven't installed the foul cover and when I call they tell me that they are going to coordinate it for when they have a route in this area. That is unacceptable, they left a job incomplete but charged as if they had installed everything. Totally disappointed, I expected more.
