They changed the appointment at the last minute. Chaotic communication. I made an appointment several days in advance. I then wrote to the business a few days before the booked day to confirm and they replied that they preferred another day. I replied that unfortunately I couldn't change the date. When I did not receive a response confirming the day already reserved, I called the business. Again, I asked for confirmation and they explained to me that the day booked was difficult...and then they hung up on me. I called again and they didn't answer. They later sent me a written confirmation of the day originally booked but I had no faith in them
