Terrible experience, the personnel say one thing today and tomorrow say another. The personnel do not know about their line of work and have ti keep calling others in order to assist you. The personnel do not try to help and are arrogant…but when they sell you the appliance they are totally different!!!They do not respond when the appliances do not work. Do not buy electrical appliances in Berrios, Guayama. The manager never called back and did not respond to the damaged appliance in Guayama, Puerto Rico.

Very Clean store.

We've made several visits to JJ Appliance and the people there are always so helpful! We are English primary with a little Spanish, the employees at JJ are predominantly Spanish speaking, but they are so knowledgeable that even with my ridiculous hand waving and attempt to communicate, they know what we need and they almost always have it. Prices are great! If you can't find plumbing parts, appliance parts, fixtures, hoses, connections and advice anywhere else... JJ Has it!

My experience at this Walmart was disappointing. The staff does not seem to understand the importance of treating customers with respect, despite customers choosing to spend their time and money there. It is perplexing why the staff finds it so challenging to provide a pleasant experience during transactions.

This is one of my favorite stores and I love to shop here. This is my second time to this store in particular and I like it very much. I went to get socks and ended up with a lot more than that. That's the only thing I don't like about going there, I always spent more than I had planned.
