First off, the guys are very nice. They showed up on time, and once they were started, had some trouble with their power washer. They finished the job as best they could, and once my deck dried I noticed it didn’t come out as clean as I thought it should have. I contacted Dan, and he returned at the end of his workday after purchasing a new power washer. He apologized, thanked me for my patience, and insisted on redoing the entire deck because it wasn’t up to their standards (I asked if they could clean up a few areas). My deck now looks fantastic and I am so glad that customer satisfaction still matters to both parties!
