After having new black trimmed windows installed, we decided not to have the shutters put back on the house and it was definitely in need of power washing. I requested quotes for a soft wash from a few companies and two of them quoted without even coming out to look at the property. Christian Fernandez was nearby and called me and asked if he could stop and look at it in 10 or 15 minutes. I said sure because I’m not sure how anyone could give and estimate without seeing the condition of the aluminum siding.
