Thunder Wash Pressure Washing/Soap and Chemical Reviews
We’ve used the company before, and didn’t have any issues with damage to plants, but this time (May 2024), two large shrubs sustained damage (bleached/dead branches) to the half where water was streaming from the siding during cleaning. I noticed a strong bleach smell this time, whereas I hadn’t last time. I’ve emailed twice and left two voicemails in the last month and a half to inquire about putting a claim in to replace the shrubs, but I cannot get a response. Update - i was finally contacted after leaving another voicemail and am working with them to resolve the issue. My frustration was not over the shrubs (i understand that things happen), but over not getting a response to multiple voicemails and emails. Apparently they are transitioning website and other IT services. They apologized for lack of response.
Couldn’t be happier with how my deck looks after Thunder Wash was done. It looks brand new. The deck steps were so dirty and black and I couldn’t believe they came clean. The men were very polite and professional. I can not recommend Thunder Wash enough. I received text messages when they were on their way, when they arrived and when the job was complete.
Our experience with Thunder Wash Pressure Washing was great from start to finish. I requested a quote online and received that quote quickly. I could easy accept the quote online. I got a call to schedule the job and they were able to schedule me just a few days later. I had my home, front walkway, and back patio pressure washed. Everything looks fantastic. The guys who came out were respectful of our plants and property. Would definitely recommend.
Recommendations before choosing a Pressure Washing Service
Follow these 5 essential guidelines to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality exterior cleaning service:
Look for pressure washing companies with positive Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews. Real customer feedback will help you identify reliable and professional contractors.
Make sure you understand exactly what is covered in the price, such as house washing, driveway cleaning, roof soft washing, deck or fence cleaning, and whether detergents are included.
Verify if the company uses professional-grade equipment and appropriate techniques like soft washing for delicate surfaces to avoid property damage.
Ensure the contractor is properly licensed to operate in the USA, carries general liability insurance, and follows local regulations to protect your property.
Always ask for a detailed written quote outlining pricing, scope of work, turnaround time, and any guarantees before hiring.
