#1 Exterior Cleaning Reviews
For years I have trusted #1 Exterior Cleaning with my roof and gutter maintenance. They’ve never let me down Ernest and his team are hard-working and reliable. Super efficient at power washing, and incredible results with there soft wash. Used it on the shady side of my house, and we have been able to put off paint for a couple more years at least. This year they helped us with Christmas lights! The house looks great. We couldn’t be happier.
We have had Erenesto install lights on our house for two years. The quality of work that he does is amazing and he is priced competitively. We are very happy with the work and recieve a lot of compliments on our lights.
Ernesto and his team refinished and stained our back deck and were so great to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the exact look we wanted for our deck. He was very communicative, providing us regular updates on our project and checking in. He also was flexible with our schedules, which we appreciated. Our deck looks fantastic! Also, shout out to Adam on his team who did the staining of the deck. He was very thorough, precise, and knowledgeable about how to get the project done right.
Recommendations before choosing a Pressure Washing Service
Follow these 5 essential guidelines to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality exterior cleaning service:
Look for pressure washing companies with positive Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews. Real customer feedback will help you identify reliable and professional contractors.
Make sure you understand exactly what is covered in the price, such as house washing, driveway cleaning, roof soft washing, deck or fence cleaning, and whether detergents are included.
Verify if the company uses professional-grade equipment and appropriate techniques like soft washing for delicate surfaces to avoid property damage.
Ensure the contractor is properly licensed to operate in the USA, carries general liability insurance, and follows local regulations to protect your property.
Always ask for a detailed written quote outlining pricing, scope of work, turnaround time, and any guarantees before hiring.
