What a waste of our time. We called a week ago to see if somebody could clean our kitchen; the man who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. I had to ask most of the important questions, e.g., "What day What time " In the middle of one of my questions, he cut me off and said, "We'll be there. I'm driving right now."
