Hired them to clean an office for move out. Admittedly, I did not give them a checklist of things to do, but I figured since they do this all the time it wouldn't be a big deal. We had a small office space. We were billed for 2 people working 4 hours. I'm not sure what they did, but they didn't deep clean the carpets ( I knew this ahead of time and paid $150 for someone else to), they also didn't wash the windows which ended up costing me $100 from my deposit. I paid the invoice but wrote that I had concerns and encouraged them to reach out to me to explain what happened. They cashed the check but haven't reached out. Setting it up was very easy and the lady was very nice but that is the end of the positivity for this experience. I'm not impressed with the quality of work or the follow up after the fact. I will not be calling them again and will not refer them to our customers.
