I have been a customer of Finishing Touch for ten (10) years. From the beginning, they’ve been dependable and ALWAYS do a fabulous job of cleaning my home, deck, porch, walkway, and driveway. Jacob is a perfectionist and so attentive to details - always goes above and beyond to make my home look brand new. For example, I had furniture covers on the chairs on my deck and an umbrella that had all seen better days. I thought I would soon have to invest in new covers and replace the umbrella. During my annual visit from Jacob, he pressure washed the covers and umbrella making them look like new! As a bonus, communicating with Angela is always so wonderful, she sets the appointments and follows up to confirm everything about the service. They make a mean team and are a rare find in this day and age - they are professional, dependable and offer top-notch customer service. I recommend using Finishing Touch for all of your pressure washing needs.
Caused significant damage to the siding of the house, patio and driveway. Not sure why the have such positive reviews… They use a very strong solution which will kill your grass and plants nearby. They even left stains on my new concrete patio and damaged my driveway. I have attached pictures for reference. Jacob is a great guy but the quality of work is not.
