360 Exterior Cleaning Reviews
Julio Velasquez did a wonderful job cleaning our gutters! He also secured a section that had come loose. Julio and his assistant were prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Julio and his company, 360 Exterior Cleaning!
UPDATE: Julio is an honest hardworking business owner who has worked for me and my neighbors. Jackson Lewis' bad review is by a fake profile as I was a witness to what happened. Here are photos of the "garden". Please disregard that bad review.
Recommendations before choosing a Pressure Washing Service
Follow these 5 essential guidelines to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality exterior cleaning service:
Look for pressure washing companies with positive Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews. Real customer feedback will help you identify reliable and professional contractors.
Make sure you understand exactly what is covered in the price, such as house washing, driveway cleaning, roof soft washing, deck or fence cleaning, and whether detergents are included.
Verify if the company uses professional-grade equipment and appropriate techniques like soft washing for delicate surfaces to avoid property damage.
Ensure the contractor is properly licensed to operate in the USA, carries general liability insurance, and follows local regulations to protect your property.
Always ask for a detailed written quote outlining pricing, scope of work, turnaround time, and any guarantees before hiring.
