LD's Exterior Cleaning Reviews
Leonard did an outstanding job on our property. He was very professional and we would recommend him to anyone.
Leonard did a fantastic job cleaning the pool area and getting it ready for summer!! He was thorough with his work and it showed! My fence was green and the concrete was black and now they have been restored to their original beauty! Very professional 10/10 would recommend to anyone who has a need for pressure washing!
We hired LD's to power wash our house based on word of mouth. Our house is white and with all the rain, had areas that looked greenish, as well as just needing to be cleaned overall. LD's showed up on time and made our house look new! They even power washed our propane tank, which I did not expect. This company goes above and beyond! We will definitely be using this company for our exterior cleaning needs from now on.
Recommendations before choosing a Pressure Washing Service
Follow these 5 essential guidelines to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality exterior cleaning service:
Look for pressure washing companies with positive Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews. Real customer feedback will help you identify reliable and professional contractors.
Make sure you understand exactly what is covered in the price, such as house washing, driveway cleaning, roof soft washing, deck or fence cleaning, and whether detergents are included.
Verify if the company uses professional-grade equipment and appropriate techniques like soft washing for delicate surfaces to avoid property damage.
Ensure the contractor is properly licensed to operate in the USA, carries general liability insurance, and follows local regulations to protect your property.
Always ask for a detailed written quote outlining pricing, scope of work, turnaround time, and any guarantees before hiring.
