Did a terrific job for us. The price was in line with what I expected. Did a great job in communicating with us. Respectful and courteous. Will use this company again in the future. Mold/mildew/grime is gone. The mild pressure wash on the house made it back to the original paint job done 6 years ago. The high pressure wash and chemical rinse on the deck was a treat to see. I did not include the after pictures of the re-stained deck that my son and I did. However, our daughter’s wedding rehearsal dinner guests paid compliments on the work. This is not to say we are available. Took 5 gallons of Honey Teak oil-based stain. The small roller from Lowe’s saved us a bunch of time on this project.
As we were seeking someone to powerwash our brick house which included two stories, 3 porches, fencing, and trim we were referred to a company owned by Loisie Cooper. He is well organized and proficient with his work and checked in with me frequently to make certain our needs were being met. We will definitely continue to work with Mr. Cooper.
