I don't know about their pressure washing service, but their customer service needs a little more patience and understanding. I used barringers for the winter season sow removal, had a written contract and verbal addendum which was not full filled in the most recent snow storm. And when I asked to simply just make it right, the person on the other end threw a tantrum and is now no longer going to service my address. Good thing this might have been the last of the season
