I was very pleased with the service they do an amazing job! they have my kitchen looks great:) like brand new!! also with great customer service. Definitely would recommend.
Awful service. They cleaned our fan tops above our fryer and oven. Not only did they leave my pizzeria a mess, they broke one of my buckets, they didn’t properly cover the oven so they got water in our motor and broke the oven. We had to pay $1,000 for a new motor and they ghosted us when we reached out for some sort of compensation. We have not heard from them and when we try to call they pretend they don’t know us, then say they will call us back and never do.
I hired them last year 2 people showed up with one who appeared on some kind of drug crazy...had cops called to remove him. Owner was very apologetic so I gave them another chance l. Had scheduled a cleaning for 12/10/23 appointment was for 10 am to have one show up @11 gentlemen said other guy is shortly arriving to a no show.. I called Owner with him saying n o really come on let me call and call you back.. a hour later no call 2 hours no call so I tryed again with him saying that's a one man job I said are you stupid, no way it's a one man job so I told him normally it's a three man job!! It was left dirty I called bbb and Osha to report them..... please please don't hire them what a nightmare I warn you ahead of time!!! If I could give a -10 I would to the owner shame on you!!
