He was prompt and efficient in assessing our needs and in providing a contract that we were comfortable with. His work was excellent and the icing on the cake was him noticing that a part of our electrical unit was missing on the roof. He provided us with a picture. Besides doing an excellent job in cleaning the roof and gutters, his insight into the missing part on the electrical unit may have saved us from an additional expense. We highly recommend him. I like that it’s a family owned business. Brian, the owner, is the one who comes and cleans your house, so he has a vested interest in seeing that it’s done properly. His wife, Michelle, was very responsive with answering my questions throughout the process. Brian did a thorough job and they cleaned up the job site completely when they were finished. Although the price is higher than some of the larger competitors, in hindsight, it was the right decision to use Gilligan since the owners have skin in the game. The next time I need my house and patio cleaned I will use them again.
