Outstanding service!! They arrived on time, worked with me to ensure the work was what I wanted, did the job professionally, and cleaned up afterward. My first experience with power washing my home and I could not be more happy with the results. I highly, highly recommend their services.
We had used Blue Sky in the past and were happy with the results, but this year's service - particularly with the concrete pool deck - was very poor. In only 94 minutes, they rushed to clean a 2 story house and a large concrete pool patio, where in years past they took more time and were much more thorough. On the house, there is a section that wasn't cleaned completely since it would have required getting on a ladder. We reached out to them twice with our concerns and they never responded. They even left a sign on our lawn after the service and never came by to pick it up. Very disappointed with this company's lack of professionalism and inability to stand by their work.
They arrived on time and did a great job. Both men were personable and professional.
