Walmart is always a great Experience. We are able to go in get what we need and Leave. Mostly food when we show up. No time to clothes the deal.
This walmart is being run horribly. There was a 16 year old trainee who didn't have anyone with them or have a radio to call for help the poor kid didn't seem to know what to do. I had to go ask for help and when help came the lady was extremely rude and told us if we didn't like our experience that in not so many words it was too bad. There are way too many self check out registers that are not being watched closely in fact the one time my husband and I used a self check out our bank card was compromised because a scam artist was able to put a card scanner on the POS and we didn't know. Everyone needs to be extremely careful with self checkout your card could end up compromised because nobody is really watching this area and scam artists can do anything they want. Self checkout may seem convenient but it is dangerous and you could end up with a huge charge on your account that you don't recognize. Luckily our bank caught it and messaged us.
Pick up orders have declined significantly, 3 times in a row my pick up order has been delayed by 2 hours. And half the time "unavailable items" you can walk right in and they're sitting there. I would give zero stars if I could.
