Had high hopes for this service as they had been recommended, but was very disappointed. Arranged for a "deep clean" and was quoted a price of $300. After the cleaning, I discovered that they had, essentially,, spent 7 hours of total time (2 people for almost 3 1/2 hours), and in that time managed to only clean 3 rooms, including two that were already fairly clean, and do a quick mop of the floors. Credit where credit is due, they did a good job on the kitchen, but missed almost everything else we had discussed. The next day I was finding more and more areas which had received no attention, and texted the owner, who never responded. Very disappointing.
Berry Clean transformed my home into a lovely sanctuary! We had just finished some extensive remodeling and had not lived in our house (built in 1906) for 2 months…it was dusty! They arrived promptly at the scheduled time (Lavina isn’t exactly down the block and around the corner either) and had smiles on their faces throughout the day. I have scheduled regular cleanings now! Love this company! Highly recommend!
