Very poor service & incredibly dishonest. They came out and "cleaned" my gutters on 2/6 and then requested an additional amount beyond what I was initially quoted at. I complied and gave the additional amount. A week later I climbed up myself because the gutters still seemed to not be working properly. Sure enough, they did not even attempt to clean them. I reached out 3 times (2/14, 2/17, & 2/22) about a refund and have heard nothing back. So dishonest. I would not recommend them for any services.
Called them for a quote for gutter cleaning. Mike the owner answered and said they'll be in my neighborhood today so I booked him. Mike and his team came out and got all the gutters cleaned and sent me pictures. Job well done and a happy customer. I'll recommend these guys any day!
Horrible service. Stay away from this "so called company". The only reason I gave them 1 star is because they respond fast. I had their service for my rental and my tenants complained that they blew soil and dust from the gutter everywhere onto the ground without cleaning up. I messaged them and a guy replied that he needed to go pick up his children so that's why he needed to do his halfass job.. He promised to come back to clean it up and never showed up. I got a chance to stop by the apartment today and I couldn't believe my eyes that they did more damage to my apartment than the service. They blew most of my gutter screen down to the ground also. Wow, you are probably sleeping really well after you did that, aren't you Please stay away from this company and how they get above a 4 star is beyond my knowledge and that was the reason I got hooked in the first place.
