Nic Thompson, the owner of this business, performed the service and did a meticulous job; our house was sparkling when he finished. He attended to the fine details, but also power-washed our scungy white plastic lawn chairs, which I'd moved to the back of the yard, out of his way, and the driveway, which may have been included but I didn't know that. Nic's also a veteran, a father and husband, and a graduate of the legendary David H. Hickman High School here in Columbia; I enjoyed chatting with him and learned a lot. Very important: his fee is reasonable. If you need deck work, Nic's brother owns a business that attends to that, which I intend to use, but Nic power-washed our decks as well. Enthusiastically recommended!
