Window Genie was awesome! They gave me a quick and very fair estimate when I first reached out. They were very accommodating with my schedule. The day of I received a call that they were 30 min out and arrived on time. They got to work right away and did not stop until the job was done. They were friendly, polite and did an amazing job on all services which included outside house wash, gutter cleaning, windows inside and out as well as sill cleaning. I am 100% satisfied and would definitely use again and would recommend to all family, friends and neighbors!

The service I received was not worth $500. I was not informed that the window cleaning didn't include cleaning the window seals and screens and I wasn't even give the option to clean them. The techs were nice, but only one was experienced. The new guy left the screens off some windows and I had to call to have them come back. We will not be using their services again.
