As a first time pet owner I took my dog to get a bath nails trimmed ect. Drop off went fine. When I came back I was brought to tears by Kim the lady who washed her because of how terrible she was. She made a snooty comment about would have been nice to know. I didn’t know she would be anxious. She sat and talked to me for 10-15 minutes about how bad my dog was, about I needed training and excerise and how my dog wasn’t the right dog breed for me. I paid for a bath not for your professional opinion. Very unprofessional. I left crying and will never go back again.
