I'm incredibly impressed with my Christmas lights and installation from Shack Shine. Jeremy was always quick on response (I asked A LOT of questions) and put me at ease with my investment. The crew of gentlemen that showed up on installation day were very professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a great experience from start to finish! I look forward to having these lights for years to come without all the hassle of putting them up, taking them down, fixing bulbs, and storing them.
Shack Shine installed my Christmas lights the past few years. Most years, we have had issues with installation (lights don’t turn on, wrong lights installed), not showing up on committed dates, etc…but the final product was good and switching costs were high, so I stuck with them. This year, they have been extremely unresponsive re: taking down the lights. I have texted, called, talked to national and it’s now March and my lights still aren’t down. I understand the company is closing down the local franchise, but I would have expected them to close out their current book of business. I do not recommend using Shack Shine.
Our Christmas lights look fantastic. The team that came to our house were very careful with our landscaping and got the lights up in record speed. I definitely recommend Shack Shine. Jeremy was also the most responsive of any of the other firms we contacted. Super easy to work with you guys.
