Hotsy Minnesota Reviews
I dealt with 4 different people on the Hotsy team. Every single one of them went above and beyond to deliver a level of customer service that you just do not find anymore these days. I am very new to the world of hot water pressure washers. After buying a used unit they helped me with everything I needed to get it up and running and promptly answered all of my questions along the way. Even though my parts purchase was small compared to buying a new unit I felt like their #1 customer and I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you!!
We always use Hotsy for our wash bay, their service is quick, and the technicians are knowledgeable, and friendly as well is their office staff. Finding a dependable company like this to work with is very hard these days. I would highly recommend them.
Devan turned what should have been an ugly day into a wonderful day. He resurrected a machine we were originally talking about having to replace. Great customer service. Kept us up to date all along he service
Recommendations before choosing a Pressure Washing Service
Follow these 5 essential guidelines to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality exterior cleaning service:
Look for pressure washing companies with positive Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews. Real customer feedback will help you identify reliable and professional contractors.
Make sure you understand exactly what is covered in the price, such as house washing, driveway cleaning, roof soft washing, deck or fence cleaning, and whether detergents are included.
Verify if the company uses professional-grade equipment and appropriate techniques like soft washing for delicate surfaces to avoid property damage.
Ensure the contractor is properly licensed to operate in the USA, carries general liability insurance, and follows local regulations to protect your property.
Always ask for a detailed written quote outlining pricing, scope of work, turnaround time, and any guarantees before hiring.
