The house smells great! I did notice some things not cleaned, like the top of the grandfather's clock, and my fingers came out black when I swiped my livingroom decorative lamp, other lamp table not cleaned (minor issues). Also, I thought the difference between a normal clean and a deep clean (which I paid for) that the door jams and inside windows were cleaned on a deep cleaning... maybe I'm wrong. But they were not cleaned. The team(s) were great... very respectful and considerate ... especially Rodriguez, Ava and Dominic, who cleaned behind the other team in the entryway and caught a lot more dirt. Looking back at the job done... I'm thinking it missed the mark of a 5... I am disappointed about jams and windows as I am disabled and wanted them done. All good... Iu know they felt pressured to finish quickly cuz I had scheduled the carpet cleaned after them... which is my fault.
