We had water damage at our lake cabin. They showed up the next day after we called our insurance agent. They told us throughout the project that they were there to serve us and make us happy. They did a wonderful job, in a timely manner, and we really could not be happy with the job they did.
While we were in Alaska we had a water issue in our home. It was discovered by a "plant waterer" on a Sunday morning and by nightfall most of the damaged materials were under control. TJ and crew did a wonderful job getting as much of our property rescued from the water as was possible and removed any wet walls, ceiling, flooring, cabinets, etc that needed to be attended to. After that portion of the job was completed, we had extremely helpful guidance on how to proceed on the rebuilding side of things from Chris. His unwavering energy to assist us did not go in vain as we were able to complete the project now knowing how to proceed through the insurance world. We were not getting answers we needed from our agent or the insurer as a novice claimant. He was a superhero and life saver!
