Shine of Macomb's crew is efficient, professional and does a great job! They are reasonably priced for the service they provide. We had windows cleaned inside and out, and had the tracks and screens done as well. We will definitely have them back.
This company set a date to clean my windows and never came. I called 4 times. Never answered. Left messages. Never responded. Sent emails. Not a word. Three words: Not doing job would have been better. Instead disrespectful nothing. Poor business. Ghosting.
Dwane and Joshua did an excellent job! I really appreciate the time and attention they put into making my windows shine! They were very dirty, with years of built up grime and splashes of old dried paint (and other unknown subsistences) left by the previous owners. It cost a little extra for them to get the tough stuff off, but it was worth it and I still felt like it was a very resonable price.
