I had a very negative experience with Shine of Grosse Pointe. Their staff did not know how to remove screens or open windows to clean them resulting in damage to our home that cost us over $1000. This damage included a broken window frame balance system, several screens with holes in them, and a gouge in our hardwood floors. Repeated attempts to reconcile these issues in a positive way with both the franchise owner and the Shine Corporate office went unanswered. I understand that mistakes happen but it’s how you respond to them that can make the difference. I would not do business with Shine.
