I had fire at my home in July. The fire caused the electric to be shut off and there was no water in my house. The whole situation was VERY frustrating to me, I was also 38 weeks pregnant at that time which the smoke got me cough blood out. Those guys climbed all around my home. Brought generators and water all the way to my home and cleaned everything.. you will not believe how much they have done in that house of mine. They also communicated with my insurance and followed their protocols to make sure that everything gets done correctly. All their employees were very professional and kind, they were honest and very respectful all throughout. I would very recommend this company to my family or anyone who would be in the same situation as I was. Best of luck to you and hope all is well.
We had a water line break under our home and they were contracted by our insurance company for the cleanup. They removed some insulation and said they were done. The underside of our home was soaked and they never dried anything. Our house is now covered in 5 different types of mold and our floors are ruined. I asked them why it was left wet, and what were they planning on doing to fix it The owner responded with, "We don't dry dirt" and they are doing anything. I would recommend Serv-pro out of Gaylord. Service master could care less about you and your needs.
We used this company to clean my father's house while he was hospitalized. They flat-out LIED about how long they were there, LIED about what they cleaned, and LIED about the "deep clean" they allegedly gave each room. They charged my father an exorbitant amount of money for these services and clearly tried to take advantage of a sick, old man. Randy was super unprofessional on the phone when the bill was disputed. I will NEVER use this company again and I advise you not to either.
