He responded quickly to my request for a quote, by scheduling time to see my house. He reconfirmed his appointment time and showed up when he said he would. He was patient as I asked many questions; this was my first experience scheduling this type of work for a home that I’m rehabbing, and had some concern about the potential for damage. He then sent a quote the next day, as promised. After choosing his company to do the job, he promptly scheduled our appointment.
