This dealership was fantastic in helping to find a suitable vehicle to replace a vehicle of ours that had been totaled by some falling tree branches. The facility is clean, the staff is very helpful. Communication with appointment times and follow-up were outstanding. Our sales person, Trent. Was a no pressure, get to know you type of guy. He made us feel very relaxed. And when I say no pressure. I mean no pressure. We made 3 separate appointments to see some great used vehicles in their inventory. And as they say. Third times a charm. My lender had them listed as a preferred dealer. Which really made the buying process so much simpler.
Update to reply to owner: I used the Midwest Kia website option to see a value on my car which included current mileage so you knew what it was. Then you sent me a message saying "We would love to see it in person to see if we can offer you more. When can you stop by " You can buy what you want, but don't have me waste my time with the thought of maybe even a better offer when you don't want the car to begin with and won't even give me what your website claimed. Last Kia I'll ever own.
