MidWest SoftWash Reviews
Exceptional service and value. Crew (Landon & Tyler) was on time, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I would give more than 5 stars if possible. Would have taken me all day and on a high ladder for the heard to reach areas, they did it in two hours for a 2-story 5200 sq ft home. Wish I had taken before-pics. Black mildew is all gone! Pics are from the areas that had the worst mildew on the north side and shaded areas.
Recommendations before choosing a Pressure Washing Service
Follow these 5 essential guidelines to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality exterior cleaning service:
Look for pressure washing companies with positive Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews. Real customer feedback will help you identify reliable and professional contractors.
Make sure you understand exactly what is covered in the price, such as house washing, driveway cleaning, roof soft washing, deck or fence cleaning, and whether detergents are included.
Verify if the company uses professional-grade equipment and appropriate techniques like soft washing for delicate surfaces to avoid property damage.
Ensure the contractor is properly licensed to operate in the USA, carries general liability insurance, and follows local regulations to protect your property.
Always ask for a detailed written quote outlining pricing, scope of work, turnaround time, and any guarantees before hiring.
