I arrived at 2 pm to check in and there was a note on the door stating to come back at 5 pm. not a single employee on the premises and i am left to wait outside in the 100 degree heat with no shade for 3 hours with my dog. cannot get through to anyone at customer service. it has been 2 hours now, we are hot, sweaty, and dehydrated with nowhere to go. this is a massive safety issue, how can there not be a single employee at this point ABSOLUTELY DO NOT STAY HERE. if there is ever any sort of emergency there will be zero help for you.
I am utterly exhausted and incredibly disappointed with my stay at the Econo Lodge in WaKeeney, Kansas. After a long day of travel, I needed a place to rest, but this so-called hotel is a complete disaster.
