Coin machines errored out and took my quarters and reset the machine and would not refund the money. Refund policy says fill out form to possible get a refund if verified by manager. No form are available or website to go to. Forced to buy a card for uneven amounts vs washer and dryer costs. Washers- $3.75 Dryer- $2.00 Card- $100. Building has no air flow and looks like cleaning is once a year. Would not recommend. Straight Scam mat!
Expensive but they have to make money too. Machines are kept up and the place is normally clean. Only been a few times that I was there that it wasn't clean. Machines work good. I can do all my laundry in an hour.
