My windows were painted shut. Jake worked so hard on getting them unsuck.They were very dirty inside and out. I had moved in with them that dirty. Jake made them shine and looked so clean it looked as if there was no glass in the window. He arrived on time and worked constantly until the time he was to go home. He checked his work and was thorough. He was concerned that if there was a fire we could not get out of the house because the windows wouldn't open. What a caring young man.
