I have been at this trucking thing for 25 years or so. Have been all over the United States and been to a lot of different truck washes. In the afternoon of 7-19-24 I was in this truck wash and probably had the best wash I have ever gotten at any truck wash. I do not remember the name of the bay supervisor and I apologize for that. But they did a fantastic job washing my truck. My truck is Black Cherry colored so it’s pretty difficult to get spotless but they got spotless. Than you.
I’ve had some bad experiences with a few blue beacons but this one is by far the worse I’ve had. I needed a truck wash and thought I’d try them out since they were fairly new and wasn’t busy at all when I pulled in. Only giving one star due to the fact that the staff was nice. Other than that I have nothing good to say. $100 bucks down the drain. Will have to have my truck washed again elsewhere which will cost another $50/$60 bucks. I will not ever stop there again!
Been there twice. Both times have left something to be desired. First time they left my hood unlatched, left dirt and soap on the top edges of the cab, and didn't get all the bugs off. This time after going over the areas to focus on they still did not get the bug guts off my truck. Had to point out areas they missed form inside the cab. When dried, the bug remnants were still all over my chrome, hood, and fenders. Not worth the money they are charging. Worst location I've been to. Definite lack of pride in work and quality control.
