HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They didn’t get off the spots I specifically told them I needed! Showed up 4 hours late too without a phone call! The workers said they didn’t leave invoices or deal with billing so I waited to get an invoican sent a hateful text to remind me to pay! I called him to say I was mailing a check and he verbally attacked me again! He insisted on a credit card again! He said he would hire an attorney and I would pay his fees and threatened again the lien on my house! This was Tuesday after a job done on Friday! I was not happy with the job but did pay because it was worth it to get this man to stop harassing me! The man is unstable and shady! The business is not legit and he is obviously not a legit business man! This treatment for a $1050 bill that was for a job done 5 days ago was UNACCEPTABLE AND WRONG!!!!!!! Especially on a website that states “if your not happy with the work you don’t pay, it’s just that simple!”
They power washed and hand waxed our rv today. Also resealed our roof. They were fantastic!!! Highly recommend!!
